Every worship service requires many hands and feet to run smoothly. Some worship volunteers are visible, such as the enthusiastic greeters and ushers and those who lead us in prayer and songs of praise. There are also opportunities to serve quietly behind the scenes, with the audio/video team, prepping and cleaning up the communion trays, helping with nursery duties, or making sure our facility is secured and the lights are turned off after everyone leaves.
So what can you do to help?
Pray for our volunteers.
Thank the volunteers.
And BE a volunteer.
Without every volunteer, it just wouldn't be worship.
If you are scheduled to serve, please remember to arrive 15 minutes before your time to serve! If you cannot serve as scheduled, be sure to contact the worship coordinator in advance to let them know.
